Dr. Michael Corvini is a physician executive and leadership author with more than two decades of experience practicing medicine, leading organizations through complex challenges, and developing high-performing teams.

He earned his MD from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, completed residency training in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital, and later earned an MBA from Louisiana State University.

As a physician executive, Dr. Corvini has led clinicians, multidisciplinary teams, and healthcare organizations through the challenges of improving performance, driving organizational change, and building cultures of accountability in complex, high-stakes environments.

His leadership philosophy is grounded in a simple but demanding principle: the most effective leaders genuinely care about people while consistently challenging them to achieve at higher levels.
